At Molly's Jewelers we are confident that you'll love your purchase, but if you have concerns about your merchandise, you may send it back to us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will be happy to arrange a refund. After the 7 days of the delivery date, store credit is available. Store credit will be issued within 14 days upon receiving the item in good condition, unworn and undamaged. WHAT YOU CANNOT RETURN
- Items which have been damaged or modified, beyond manufacturer defect
- Items that are used and have the store tag removed
- Custom Orders
- Items altered in color or appearance due to chemicals or other environmental situations beyond our control
WHAT YOU CAN RETURN
- If you simply do not like your purchased item, Molly's Jewelers will refund your purchase cost within the 7 day warranty period (WEBSITE ONLY), however we cannot assist with covering shipping cost.
- We accept returns on items in new or unused condition with original tag in the condition it was shipped.
- Upon receipt of a return item, we will inspect the product's condition for quality control. After the product's original condition has been verified, we will issue a refund or store credit. Most refunds are processed 7-10 business days of receipt.
- You have 7 days from the time an item is delivered to make a return or exchange for store credit. (WEBISTE ONLY)
- We must receive your returned item within 10 days of shipping date. If we receive your item 14 days or later after original shipping date, we will refuse the return. Return shipping fees may apply. Store credit will be issued. (WEBSITE ONLY)
- We inspect all returned items upon arrival.
- Refunds will be in the original form of payment, excluding wire transferred which we will refund by check.
- Your refund should arrive within 30 days after the carrier issues your tracking number.
- Credit card refunds will be issued to same card used to make the purchase.
- Delivery charges are not refunded, unless applicable.
- If you return a partial order, we will only refund returned items.

Log into your mollysjewelers.com account to view your recent purchases. Select the item you would like to return to print your shipping label and receive shipping instructions.
